You have two options of how you can register your child. One, you can print out our Registration Form off of this website & mail it in with the Camp Fee OR you can register online by submitting your child's information on this website while using a credit or debit card to pay the Camp Fee.

Registering By Mail:

Step 1:
Complete and detach the Registration Form contained in our brochure.

Step 2:
Mail your Registration Form with you Camp Fee of $99 per camper to the following address:

Step 3:
You will receive a confirmation email.

Step 4:
Arrive at Markham Place School
Little Silver, NJ 07739 on June 9th between 8:30am - 9:00am.

The Clinic will begin promptly at 9:00am!
